Eco Organics Kitchen Scrap Recycler is an innovative in-house composting unit that uses fermentation to recycle food waste into a nutrient rich soil conditioner. This practical recycling bucket eliminates the need for an outside composting pile and is easier to maintain than worm farms. Simply fill the container with your food scraps, and sprinkle a light layer of Eco Bokashi (fermented grain mixture.)
Fermented waste retains all of the energy (no heat loss) and most of the nutrients in the waste, so all this material is available to your plants.
